What are your business hours?

We are open Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday from 8 am to 5 pm. Wednesday we are open from 8 am to 5 pm, closing from noon to 1 pm for lunch. We are open alternating Fridays from 8 am to noon.

Will you accept my insurance?

We do not participate with any specific HMO/PPO dental plan. Our office will help you with your insurance by filing for you, and accepting direct insurance payments. We have an experienced, knowledgeable insurance coordinator that will answer your questions, and help you to maximize your insurance benefit. We will be happy to assist you in any way that we can, however, you as the patient are responsible for the charges associated with treatment, so we encourage you to contact your insurance company directly so that you are prepared for any out of pocket expenses.

What are your payment options?

We accept cash, checks, MC/VISA, and Discover. Depending on the amount of treatment required, we offer financing through Wells Fargo (six months same as cash) and Capital One. Should you decide to finance, we are more than happy to discuss these options with you.

What about emergencies?

For our patients of record we participate in a multi dentist on-call schedule to accommodate your emergencies after normal business hours. For new patients we make every effort to fit you into our schedule as soon as possible. Should you have a dental emergency please call the office as early in the day as possible.

Do you treat children?

Yes, we encourage a parent to have their child visit the dentist at or about age 4. The first visit for most children is a “happy” visit, consisting of a brief exam with brushing instructions from the hygienist, and then meeting the dentist. If you have questions regarding your child’s teeth or dental health at any age, we encourage you to meet with the dentist to discuss these issues.
